Our services include the elimination of wood destroying organisms, moisture, and pests that invade your home and business. We have customized services for subterranean termites, powder post beetles, old house borers, and wood decay like white rot and cubicle brown rot. We even have a treatment for prevention of mold. Common pests we control are German roaches, smokey brown roaches, American roaches and others common to our area, even “water bugs” and “palmetto bugs”; fire ants, Argentine ants, carpenter ants, “black” ants, “red” ants and many other ant species, spiders, mice, rats, crickets, silverfish, fleas, ticks, earwigs, centipedes, millipedes, stored product pests like flour beetles, grain beetles, and meal moths. Our company also installs moisture control, crawl space exhaust fans, dehumidifiers, and gutters. We provide service for homes and businesses, residential and commercial customers, apartments, condos, offices, restaurants, boats, yachts, motels, warehouses, banks, medical facilities, doctors, lawyers, realtors, building contractors, investment agencies, churches, and non-profit organizations.

Eco Advantage provides pest control service to residential and commercial customers on a one time, monthly, or quarterly basis. The need and frequency are dependent on your individual circumstances.

We have some customers who need us just from time to time, when a problem might arise. The “one time” or “on call” service works best for them. However, we have other individuals who are sensitive to insect activity and have absolutely zero tolerance for bugs, critters, and little creepy crawly things. We have several programs to accommodate a variety of lifestyle needs and personal preferences.

By far, our most popular service is our “quarterly service.” It includes our best price along with the best guarantee in the business. We service the home once every three months. This includes service to the inside, outside perimeter, eaves, overhangs, doors, windows, and any attached garage.

If bugs come back during the three month period, so do we – at no charge.

We only schedule one home per hour to ensure we spend the necessary time to protect the home between treatments.
